BRIAN'S CONSERVATIVE PLAN
Strong Leadership. Proven Values. Real Results.
Leadership You Can Trust
District 88 needs strong, proven conservative leadership — the kind of leadership President Trump has shown on the national stage. Like him, I believe in putting our people first, standing firm on our principles, and getting results that make a real difference.
I’m a Christian, a decorated military veteran, and a lifelong Lexington County resident. My promise is simple: I will fight for our values and work every day to make life better for our families, our businesses, and our community.

Law and Order Without Compromise
Safe communities are the foundation of a strong district. I will:
-
Enforce a zero tolerance policy for fentanyl and major drug trafficking.
-
Push for longer sentences and no bond for violent offenders.
-
Ensure criminals caught with illegal firearms face the toughest penalties.
-
Fully support law enforcement, first responders, and victims’ rights.
Defending Life and the Second Amendment
-
I believe in the sanctity of life and will work to protect the unborn.
-
I will always defend the right of law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms.
-
Criminals who break our gun laws should face the strongest possible penalties.
Lower Taxes, Smaller Government
South Carolina should be working toward the day when we can eliminate the state income tax altogether. I will:
-
Keep taxes low for families and small businesses now, and push for reforms that move us toward a zero-income-tax future.
-
Cut wasteful spending and stop programs that don’t deliver results.
-
Support policies that grow our economy without growing government.
Fixing Roads and Managing Growth
Our district deserves its fair share of state road funding and a plan that keeps up with growth. I will:
-
Fight for projects that relieve congestion and improve safety.
-
Prioritize infrastructure that supports economic growth and quality of life.
-
Push for smart, responsible growth that ensures infrastructure, schools, and public safety are in place before large developments move forward.
Parental Rights and Strong Schools
Parents, not bureaucrats, should make decisions for their children. I will:
-
Expand school choice and scholarship opportunities.
-
Demand transparency in curriculum and school spending.
-
Keep political agendas out of the classroom and focus on academics, skills, and character.
Standing with Veterans and Growing Opportunity
As a veteran, I know the sacrifices service members make for our country. I will:
-
Improve access to care, benefits, and job opportunities for veterans.
-
Recruit employers that bring good-paying jobs to District 88.
-
Support training programs to help residents succeed in high-demand fields.
Common-Sense Healthcare Solutions
Healthcare should work for the people. I will:
-
Support more competition to lower costs.
-
Improve access in underserved areas.
-
Ensure children, veterans, and vulnerable neighbors get the care they need without unnecessary red tape.
The Bottom Line
I believe what works for America under strong leadership can work for District 88 — standing up for what’s right, refusing to back down, and putting our people first. We’ve been through a tough chapter, but with integrity, hard work, and a focus on results, we can make our community stronger than ever.
It’s time to move forward — and win for District 88.
